Registration Costs
Registration costs include the full 2.5 days of SOUPS and also the full day of workshops, across Sunday and Monday. Early bird registration ends at the end of July. Late registrations are those that take place in August.

- Full registration, late: 650 EUR

Flying to Hannover Airport
Hannover airport is close to the city center of Hannover and well-connected by public transport. Therefore, the city center and Welfen Castle are easily reachable from the airport. Every thirty minutes there is a train from the airport to the city center -- travel time about 25 minutes. The conference venue is 2 km from the central station and well-connected via public transport. Hannover airport is reachable by several european airports.
Flying to Frankfurt Airport
Frankfurt has wider availability outside of Europe, and while you can connect to Hannover airport, it's also possible to switch to high-speed ICE (Intercity Express) from the airport's integrated train station (Frankfurt Flughafen Fernbahnhof) direct to Hannover Hauptbahnhof.
Hotels in Hannover
There will not be a single hotel in Hannover that we recommend, but Hannover has many, many hotels, several of which are a short walk or an easy train ride to the venue. Below is a list of hotels, that at time of listing range from just 80-140 USD per night.
